Delivery of Orders
Our goal is to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Our normal processing time for items in stock and raffia kits is within 3 working days of receipt of payment. We will advise you by email once your order has been dispatched.
Made to order items will have a longer processing time, but we will hope to dispatch within 10 working days. We will advise you by email once yoru order has been dispatched.
During very busy times it may take an extra day or so to dispatch your order. If there is going to be a significant delay processing your order we will contact you and give you an expected delivery date plus the option to cancel if you prefer.
We aim to use Royal Mail where possible for all our deliveries, however sometimes we have to use other services to ensure you receive your parcel on time.
If you need your item in a hurry please ensure you select 'Express delivery' at the checkout and contact us so we can prioritise your order
UK Orders
We aim to use Royal Mail where possible for all our deliveries.
Everything dispatched has postage calculated on both weight and also size of the box.
Single larger kits and single made to order hats or bags will be has standard shipping £5.00 (usually via Royal Mail, Tracked 48)
Single larger kits and single made to order hats or bags can be dispatched 'Express delivery' £6.50 (usually via Royal Mail, Tracked 24)
Multiple larger kits or made to order hat or bags will have shipping costs advised if there is any reduction possible.
UK orders are normally delivered within 3-5 working days after the shipping date. All goods delivered to the UK (including Channel Islands) are sent either by Royal Mail, Evri or UPS.
If you need your order quicker than our normal delivery times please choose 'Express delivery' at checkout to ensure that your order is processed and shipped as quickly as possible.
International Orders
All parcels will be fully tracked through its journey and will require a signature at the time of delivery.
You may have to pay import duties and taxes, which are levied once a package reaches your country. Any local duties, taxes or customs chanrges assessed by your government are your responsibility. You must meet any additional charges for customs clearances. Please note, customs policies vary widely from country to country. Charges for customs clearance and import duties must be borne by you. We recommend you contact your local customs office for further information if you are not already familiar with the charges prior to placing your order. Please also note international shipments may be subject to cross-border inspections by customs authorities.

Shipping is calculated at check-out, depending on weight and location.
Royal Mail quote 5 to 7 working days' transit time, with delivery generally taking a total of 3 to 4 weeks depending on each country’s customs processing time.

Since Brexit, EU residents must pay import duty on goods shipped from the UK.
Due to the number of issues that EU customers can incur, I do not offer EU shipping from this website. However, you can still purchase, via allthingsraffia's Etsy store where you will pay lower taxes, and pay them at checkout:

If you request that your order is left in a "SAFE PLACE", it is done so at your own risk and allthingsraffia is not responsible for any damage or theft.
Please note: if your order is returned due to an incorrect shipping address you will be contacted by email to ascertain whether you would like (a) the item to be reshipped (you will need to pay the P&P) or (b) a refund (less the original P&P).
