Refund policy

We do not provide a refund or exchange for any digital purchases.

We have a 14-day return policy or exchange policy for physical products purchased - finished items or raffia kits.  In the first instance please email allthingsraffia@gmail.com and include your order number. 

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be returned in the same condition as when you received it, within 14 days from when Royal Mail (or the courier used) shows it has having been delivered.

As we are a small independent business:

- You will be responsible for paying all return and exchange shipping costs*

- Your original postage fee will not be refunded*

*Unless there is an issue with your product on arrival.

 

We strongly suggest that you select a trackable shipping service as we cannot issue refunds or exchanges for packages that do not arrive.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect.

Exceptions/non-refundable items

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to make an exchange is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return.  If approved, you'll be automatically refunded via your original payment method.  Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund so please allow up to five working days.
